1.By using our services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our services.
1.1 We will require written consent via our screening process to the procedure before it can commence.
1.2 For services booked through Auditory Solutions, we will require payment either before of immediatley after consultation/treatment of the procedure.

2. Cancellations

2.1 Cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment can be via your login which can be found on the website. You can cancel within 2 days of the appointment.
2.2. We value your buisness, but In rare circumstances, it may be neccessary for Auditory Solutions to cancel a pre booked appointment made by the client. If this happens, we will notify you within 24hrs of your appointment by email and/or telephone as soon as possible. In the very rare occasion a cancellation has to to be made on the day of your appointment, this may be due to a emegency outside our control so we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible via email and/or telephone and offer you an alternative time and date to rebook. Auditory Solutions will not be held accountable in these regretable and isolated circumstances.
3. Screening questions:
All customers will be required to fill out a screening questionaire prior attending any appointment. It is also the customers personal duty to inform our clinicians if any of the following occur:

a new or continuous persistant cough

a high temperature
-
sudden loss of sense of taste or smell
PLEASE CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT IF ANY OF THE ABOVE OCCURS
4. Treatment
4.1 Your ear wax removal will be carried out by a trained clinician. Wax removal may be done using a combination of techniques including microsuction, irrigation or manual removal – whichever the clinician deems most appropriate based on the wax you present and your answers to this form.
4.2 Incidents during ear wax removal are very uncommon, however:
4.3 Minor complications that can occur which are deemed acceptable include: minor nicks or scratches to the ear canal which can also lead to minor bleeding, soreness, mild discomfort and short-term ringing in the ear (tinnitus).
4.4 To minimise such risk please immediately notify the clinician of any discomfort or sensitivity to increased sound level.
4.5 Ear wax removal can cause slight dizziness in certain circumstances – the client should inform the clinician if they feel dizzy and the procedure should be paused until the client feels stable.
4.5 More serious risk of damage to the ear canal or ear drum can occur if the client does not remain adequately still. Clients should inform the clinician of any discomfort or likely sudden movements, for example if likely to sneeze or cough.
4.6 All equipment is sterilised or is single use only to keep infection risk to a minimum; however, there is always a risk that infection can set in once the client leaves the premises. Please contact the clinician should you experience any discomfort of worrying pain, discomfort, swelling or discharge etc.
5. Further Treatment may be necessary
We can never guarantee that one appointment will fully resolve your problem. We may recommend that further appointment (s)/treatment is advisable, in which case we will advise you of any additional charges for such appointment(s). 6.Changes:
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we manage our site and the way we expect users to behave on our site.
